What is a coach?

A coach can be anyone in your life – a friend, a relative, a mentor at work.  Maybe the person only plays that role for you in a brief moment for a particular situation or they are someone you rely on to keep you on your path throughout your entire life.

Whatever the scenario, they use their unique experiences, knowledge and perspectives to help you discover solutions and options that you may not have discovered on your own.

As a certified teacher of meditation, I have found that I have also become a coach. My gifts of listening, seeing the bigger picture and looking at it from a unique perspective have enabled  me to help others find a different way of being.
One that offers peace and balance.
